While out for a walk last Wednesday Megan Keough of Jeffreys wondered what type of “sea creature” she had just discovered washed up on the beach.  The decaying carcass of some type of animal or fish, some 18 to 19 feet in length, was lying there on the beach where it hadn’t been several days before when she walked along the same path.
